• HATHA VINYASA YOGA is a yoga style that blends the steady, foundational poses of Hatha yoga with the flowing movement and breath coordination of Vinyasa. Classes usually move at a gentle to moderate pace. This practice emphasizes balance, strength, flexibility, and mindful breathing. • YIN YOGA is a slow and meditative style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, typically 3 to 5 minutes. Yin Yoga focuses on the deep connective tissues of the body. The practice emphasizes relaxation, stillness, and mindful breathing. *CHOOSE ONE or BLEND BOTH • MEDITATION comes in many forms but for us, it acts as the final step in our yoga practice, moving the energy we cultivated during movement into a state of deep internal quiet. *ALWAYS PRACTICED
