Catching the Midsummer Sun

As we settle ourselves on to the mat that energy will be transcended into an all-levels solar yoga flow, designed to ignite your inner fire, build strength, and open your heart to the abundance of the season. After sealing our practice with a refreshing and grounding session, we will transition into our creative space.
